A turnkey team offsite at a wine estate, with local wine and seasonal food, thirty minutes from Lyon
Give your team a day away from the office without having to find a venue, caterer and activity: that is the idea behind this offsite. Discover every side of a terroir at a modern, fully renovated Rhône Valley wine estate, where a cellar tour leads into a lunch of local, seasonal food, followed by a wine activity centred on the estate's wines.

The Cellar Guide organises turnkey team offsites devoted to discovering a terroir through its wine and seasonal local food, at a Rhône Valley wine estate thirty minutes from Lyon, for groups of 4 to 40, at €100 per person with no surprises.
How the day unfolds
Your sommelier is with you from start to finish, whichever of the two formats you choose.
The discovery day
You arrive at the estate around 10.30 am for a guided tour of the cellars and the story of these steep slopes, first cultivated by the Romans two thousand years ago. The group then shares a seasonal three-course lunch, with local food carrying on the discovery of the terroir. Finally, a wine activity featuring the estate's wines and its Côte-Rôtie invites everyone to taste, compare and debate without taking themselves too seriously.
The working day
To combine work with discovery, the estate offers an optional meeting room with a screen. You arrive from 10 am, with your working sessions arranged around the tour, lunch and wine activity. The day ends around 5 pm, in surroundings quite unlike the usual meeting room.
What's included
- A guided tour of the estate and its cellars
- A seasonal three-course lunch, adaptable to dietary requirements
- The wine activity featuring the estate's wines, wines included
- Your sommelier's guidance throughout the day
€100 per person
The meeting room with a screen is available as an optional extra, at a fixed price of €160 for a half-day or €320 for a full day, regardless of group size. Drinks with lunch are paid for directly on site, and your group arranges its own transport.

Who is it for?
The format welcomes 4 to 40 people, or up to 25 when the meeting room is booked. Above 20 guests, the group splits in two: one half tours the cellars while the other tastes, then they swap. Available all year round, it suits a leadership team as well as a whole company coming together to build connections or launch a project.
Your host
Born in Lyon, I founded The Cellar Guide because I believe wine deserves more than a rushed tasting. After a master's degree in wine in Burgundy, I worked as a sommelier at a renowned restaurant, then headed the wines and spirits department of a major store, before devoting myself to sharing wine and its place at the table. At your offsite, I make sure everyone, from newcomer to keen enthusiast, leaves wanting to learn more.
