I'm Louis

Born and raised in Lyon and passionate about wine, I founded The Cellar Guide around one conviction: wine deserves better than a rushed tasting. Every appointment is designed as a complete experience, thought through from start to finish, from the first welcome to the last glass.

My ambition is also to make wine more accessible, without sacrificing its depth. Far from jargon and intimidating codes, I favour lively, interactive formats where discovery happens with pleasure.

What's the minimum group size?
Most of our formats start at 4 people, with no maximum for mobile activities. Seminars at the estate welcome up to 25 people.
Where do the activities take place?
In Lyon, at your home or offices, at a hotel, on a barge, or at a wine estate in Côte-Rôtie. We travel throughout the greater Lyon area.
Do I need to know about wine?
Not at all. Everything is designed to be accessible and fun, whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned enthusiast.
